Buildings with their own page

Where there is enough public detail to say something useful, a building gets its own page.

Building

Turnberry Place

Four towers of 38 stories each, about 477 feet tall, opened between 2001 and 2006.

Building

Sky Las Vegas

One 45-story tower of about 500 feet, with three-story SkySuites near the top.

Building

Veer Towers

Twin 37-story towers leaning in opposite directions at five degrees, with yellow-paneled glass.

Building

The Signature at MGM Grand

Three 38-story gold-glass towers with 576 units each, on Harmon Avenue.

Building

Panorama Towers

Two aqua-blue glass towers on about 8.5 acres, just west of I-15.

How the valley's towers are grouped

Most residential high-rises stand within a short drive of the Strip. The north end around Sahara Avenue, the Paradise Road and Country Club corridor to the east, CityCenter and Harmon Avenue in the middle, and the Dean Martin Drive towers across I-15 together hold the majority. Downtown has a group of loft towers, and two outliers stand alone: One Queensridge Place in the west and One Las Vegas on the south Boulevard.

Full-time residential towers

Buildings such as Turnberry Place, Veer Towers and Sky Las Vegas are run purely as homes, with their own associations and management offices.

Condo-hotels

The Signature at MGM Grand, Trump International, Palms Place, The Platinum and Vdara sell suites to individual owners but operate as hotels. Painting there follows our condo-hotel process.

Building pages so far cover Turnberry Place, Sky Las Vegas and Panorama Towers, among others.

A few details now; a fixed price after photos or a walkthrough.

Henderson and Lake Las Vegas

As of this writing, Henderson has no completed residential tower. Four Seasons Private Residences in MacDonald Highlands is under construction and expected around late 2026 to 2027. Lake Las Vegas has low- and mid-rise condo buildings rather than towers. Owners there, and anyone in a garden-style condo or townhome, are served by our condo and townhome interior service.

When a new tower opens

New units are often painted by the builder in one flat, builder-grade color. Many owners repaint within the first year or two.

Public facts, not guesses

Building details on these pages come from public sources such as the buildings' Wikipedia entries and published news. Where sources disagree, for example on a floor count, we leave the number out. We never state a building's internal rules; those come from your management office, and we follow them. If we have something wrong about your building, tell us through the tower estimate request.
