From the first condo tower to the newest
Regency Towers, 1974
Regency Towers on Bel Air Drive, inside the Las Vegas Country Club, is described as the first high-rise condominium to open in the valley, in 1974. Units here have seen fifty years of owners and remodels, so walls often carry layers of old patches that need flattening before a clean coat.
Turnberry Place and Turnberry Towers
Turnberry Place, four 38-story towers on Paradise Road, opened its first tower in 2001 and has residences averaging around 3,000 square feet. Read more on painting at Turnberry Place. Its neighbor, Turnberry Towers on Karen Avenue, is a pair of 45-story towers completed in 2007 and 2008.

Smaller buildings, bigger units
Park Towers at Hughes Center
Park Towers has only 84 residences. Its elevators were built to move only after a resident's security card is scanned, which is one more reason we arrange access through management before the first day.
Metropolis and The Platinum
Metropolis on Desert Inn Road is a 71-unit building with an Art Deco-inspired design and two-story lofts. The Platinum on Flamingo Road is a non-gaming, non-smoking condo-hotel that opened in 2006; owners there can start with the condo-hotel unit page.
Large units mean large scopes. A 3,000-square-foot residence is closer to a house than an apartment, so the quote covers it room by room, as on our full interior page.
Own a unit here?
Send the building and unit. We check what the building needs before quoting a start date.
Neighboring tower districts
Sky Las Vegas and Allure are a short walk west in the north Strip district, and the CityCenter towers are a few minutes south. Owners in this area who are selling often book a pre-listing repaint before photos.
The Country Club towers are also the most varied in age, from Regency's 1970s construction to Turnberry Towers completed in 2008, so prep work changes a lot from one unit to the next. Our approach to tower work starts with asking each building what it requires, never assuming.

Questions from owners in this district
Do older buildings like Regency Towers need more prep?
Often, yes. Decades of remodels leave patched and uneven walls, and we flatten those before painting. The quote reflects what we see on the walkthrough.
Can you paint a Turnberry residence in stages?
Yes. Large units can be painted a few rooms at a time if you are living there.
