About the building
Turnberry Place sits at 2747 Paradise Road in unincorporated Winchester, just east of the Strip. Its four towers were completed in stages: the first in 2001, the second in 2002, the third in 2004 and the fourth in 2006. Each rises about 477 feet. The complex has 720 residences, and its first tower is credited with helping start the valley's condo high-rise boom.
The Stirling Club
At the center of the complex is The Stirling Club, an 80,000-square-foot private club that opened in 2001, closed in 2012 and formally reopened in 2019. The Wikipedia entry for Turnberry Place summarizes its history.
Which tower is yours
With four towers, we confirm the tower and unit early so the paperwork and elevator booking go to the right place.

What painting a Turnberry residence involves
A residence averaging 3,000 square feet has more wall area, more doors and more trim than most single-family homes in the valley. We quote it room by room and schedule it like a house: ceilings first, then walls, then doors and trim, following the steps on our tower interior page.
Finishes from different eras
Because the towers opened five years apart and units have been resold and remodeled since, two residences on the same floor can have very different wall finishes. The walkthrough is where we spot textured patches, old wallcovering or glossy paint that needs extra prep.
Living in the unit during the work
Large residences can be painted in stages, a few rooms at a time, so you keep a working kitchen, bedroom and bath throughout.

Send your unit details; we ask management what it needs before setting a date.
Owners at Turnberry Place
Owners here range from full-time residents to people who spend only part of the year in Las Vegas. If you will be away, the remote owner service covers access through the front desk and photo updates. If you are selling, book the listing repaint early, because a unit this size takes longer than a typical condo. Turnberry Towers on Karen Avenue and Regency Towers in the Country Club are covered on our Paradise Road and Country Club page, and Sky Las Vegas is just across the Boulevard on the north Strip page.
Details on paperwork and payment are on the owner FAQ.

Turnberry Place painting questions
Do you paint all four Turnberry Place towers?
Yes. The process is the same in each tower, but we confirm the tower and unit so the right management contact gets our paperwork.
Can you paint the Stirling Club or common areas?
Common areas belong to the association or club. We paint inside private residences.
