About the building
Panorama Towers are at 4525 and 4575 Dean Martin Drive, on about 8.5 acres just west of I-15 and across from CityCenter. The first tower was completed in 2006 and the second in 2007, both designed by Klai Juba Architects. The project drew attention early: Leonardo DiCaprio attended the 2004 groundbreaking, and he and Tobey Maguire bought units during construction. See the Wikipedia article on Panorama Towers.
A four-tower plan that became three buildings
The original plan called for four towers. The third became The Martin, and the fourth was never built. The Martin is covered on our west of the Strip page.
Two towers, two addresses
Each tower has its own street address, so tell us which one your unit is in when you request a quote.
Painting against aqua-blue glass
Blue-tinted glass pulls interior colors cooler. Warm whites can drift toward gray, and beiges can look flat. We paint large samples on the wall and look at them in the morning and late afternoon before the color is chosen.
East-facing window walls
Units facing the Strip take strong morning sun across the window wall. We roll large walls in one continuous pass and choose a flatter sheen where light rakes hardest, as on any tower interior job.
Units resold through the downturn
Like many towers finished just before the 2008 crash, units here have changed hands over the years, and walls often show patches in mismatched paint. One even coat solves that.
