Why a site just for tower condos
Las Vegas has a short list of residential towers and a long list of painters. Most painters are set up for houses: a truck in the driveway, ladders off the roof rack, work starting at seven. In a tower that plan falls apart at the lobby. The building wants paperwork, an elevator booking and a named crew, and the owner is often in another time zone. We built this service around those problems so that tower owners have someone who expects them, from the Country Club towers to the downtown lofts.
Interiors only
We paint inside units. Exteriors and common areas belong to associations, and we leave them to the contractors associations hire.

What we hold ourselves to
Ask the building, never assume
Every tower has its own management office and requirements. We ask, we supply what is asked for, and we follow it.
Leave no trace outside the unit
Elevators, corridors and entries are protected and cleaned. Nothing is mixed, stored or rinsed in shared space.
Say it in writing
Scope, price and schedule are written down before work starts. Changes are approved by you first.
Show the work
Before, during and after photos, especially for owners who cannot be there. That is the core of the remote owner service.

A tower unit to paint?
Send the building and unit and we will take it from there.
How we use public information
Our building pages use public facts only, such as opening years and published history. We do not publish building rules, statistics or reviews we cannot source. The building guide explains this, and the services overview describes what each job includes.
Talk to us
Call the number at the top of any page or use the estimate form. If you are comparing painters, the owner FAQ lists the questions worth asking any contractor working in a tower.
