Veer Towers
Veer is the only part of CityCenter dedicated solely to residences: two 37-story towers that lean in opposite directions. It has its own page on painting a Veer Towers unit.
Waldorf Astoria residences
The former Mandarin Oriental, rebranded as Waldorf Astoria in 2018, holds 225 condominiums alongside its hotel rooms, with the hotel's lobby on the 23rd floor.
Vdara
Vdara was sold as condo units, but after the recession most were converted to hotel rooms, leaving roughly 150 residential units in the crescent-shaped tower.

The Jockey Club
One of the oldest buildings on the Strip, opened in 1974, with the Cosmopolitan built around it on three sides. Only a minority of its units are condos; the rest are timeshares, which we do not paint.

Getting a crew into the center Strip
Parking, loading and contractor entry around a resort complex are controlled tightly. We confirm with each building where vehicles go and how materials come up before giving you a start date. The Panorama Towers and The Martin sit just across I-15 to the west if you are comparing buildings, and owners abroad can use our remote owner service.
Owners abroad and part-time residents
CityCenter attracts buyers from overseas and from other states, many of whom visit only a few times a year. For them the hardest part is not choosing a color but coordinating a building they rarely see. We take that on, keep a written record of every approval, and send photos at each stage. If a unit here is heading to market, the listing repaint timeline shows how far ahead to book, and Turnberry Place and the other Paradise Road towers are a short drive north and east.

Do you paint timeshare units at the Jockey Club?
No. Timeshares are maintained by their operator. We paint individually owned condo units.
Can a Vdara or Waldorf Astoria owner choose their own painter?
Each property sets its own contractor process. Ask the residential or owner office first, and we will supply what it requests.
