What to include in your request
The building name and unit number, the rooms or surfaces you want painted, the rough size of the unit, and whether you live there, live elsewhere, or are preparing to sell. If you know your building's contractor requirements, mention them. Owners in condo-hotels should include the dates they have blocked, as explained on the condo-hotel page.
Photos speed things up
A photo of each room, taken from a corner, is usually enough for a first quote.

What happens next
We reply
Usually by phone or text, or by email if you prefer.
Walkthrough or photos
We confirm the scope in person or from photos, then send a written quote.
Building approvals
Once you accept, we arrange the paperwork and elevator booking with your building. See how a tower job runs.
Buildings and services we cover
Towers
Every residential tower in the valley, grouped in the building guide.
Owners who live elsewhere
You can request and approve everything remotely; see painting while you are away.
Selling
Tell us your listing date and read the listing repaint guide. More about us is on the about page.
Prefer to call?
Calls are answered by Alex, our virtual assistant, who takes your details and connects you or arranges a call back. Not in a tower? The condo and townhome page covers low-rise units, and the building guide covers the towers.
