Condo Painting at One Las Vegas and the South Boulevard

South of the 215, One Las Vegas brought tower living to the far end of Las Vegas Boulevard, miles from the resort corridor.

One Las Vegas

One Las Vegas at 8255 South Las Vegas Boulevard was planned as five towers, but only two 20-story towers were built, finished in 2008 with 359 residences. The project went through foreclosure in 2009 and changed hands more than once before sales picked up in 2017 and 2018, around the time the Raiders announced their move to Las Vegas.

Units that changed hands often

Buildings with a history of foreclosure and investor buying tend to have units where paint has been touched up by several owners in several shades. A full coat in one color evens that out, which matters most before a sale; see the pre-listing repaint service.

Suburban setting, tower logistics

Being away from the Strip makes parking and arrival simpler, but a 20-story building still has its own management office, elevator rules and paperwork, which we arrange as on our tower interior page.

Units here range from one-bedroom flats to larger corner homes, and many have changed owners more than once, so the walkthrough matters for an accurate price.

Condos and townhomes nearby

The southwest valley, including Enterprise and Silverado Ranch, has far more low-rise condos and townhomes than towers. Interiors there, from two-story stair walls to garage interiors, are covered on the condo and townhome painting page.

Stairwells, vaulted rooms and garages

Many townhomes in the southwest valley have a two-story stair wall and an attached garage left in bare primer. Both are common requests, and both are quoted after photos. For questions about cost and timing see the owner FAQ.

Heading north up the Boulevard, the CityCenter and Harmon Avenue towers are the closest cluster, with Panorama Towers just west of them. Owners who live elsewhere can arrange access through the remote owner service.

A quieter tower to work in

Compared with the resort corridor, the south Boulevard has easier parking and fewer event-night delays. That tends to make scheduling more flexible, though the building's own rules still decide the hours. Ask on the estimate form if you want a specific week.
