Panorama Towers
The aqua-blue glass Panorama Towers on Dean Martin Drive opened in 2006 and 2007. Details are on our page about painting Panorama Towers units.
The Martin
The Martin began life as the third Panorama tower and was rebranded in 2011, named after Dean Martin. A $3 million renovation gave it a redesigned lobby and vintage decor.
Palms Place
Palms Place on West Flamingo Road is a condo-hotel joined to the Palms by a moving walkway, with 21 penthouses on its top four floors.
Panorama and The Martin share a site but run as separate buildings, and Palms Place is managed as part of a hotel operation. That means three different sets of contractor paperwork, which we gather one building at a time before giving you a start date.
Painting for east-facing glass
Units on the east side of these towers take strong morning light through floor-to-ceiling glass. That light rakes across the window wall and side walls and exposes roller lap marks, so we roll large walls in single continuous passes and use flatter sheens where the light is harshest. The method is the one described on our tower interior page.
Sample before you commit
A color that looks warm in a showroom can turn cool against tinted glass. We bring large painted samples to judge in the unit at the time of day you use it most.
