Services described
This site describes interior painting for condominium owners in the Las Vegas valley, including high-rise units, condo-hotel suites, low-rise condos and townhomes. Descriptions of buildings use public information and are general. They are not statements of any building's rules, which come from that building's management.
Estimates and quotes
Information on this site is not a quote. A quote is given in writing after photos or a walkthrough and covers only the scope written on it, for the period stated on it.
Service agreements
Work is carried out under the written agreement you accept for your job. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that job. You are responsible for confirming with your association or building which surfaces are yours to have painted and for any approvals only an owner can request.
Payment
Payment amounts, deposits and timing are set out on your written quote or agreement.
Warranty
Any workmanship warranty is stated in writing on your agreement. Nothing on this website creates a separate warranty.
Communications and consent
By submitting a form you agree to be contacted about your request by phone or email. Text messages are sent only if you tick the optional SMS box. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Las Vegas Condo Painting is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself. This does not limit rights you have under a signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the site.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, diagrams and the logo on this site belong to Las Vegas Condo Painting. Building names belong to their owners and are used only to describe where we work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be heard in Clark County, Nevada.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
