One Queensridge Place
One Queensridge Place at 9101 and 9103 Alta Drive opened in 2007 as a $400 million project of two towers, roughly 234 feet tall. It is described as Summerlin's only residential high-rise, with views east to the Strip and west to Red Rock Canyon.
Large residences and two-story penthouses
The towers have 219 residences, including four two-story penthouses of about 16,000 square feet. One sold for $8 million in 2019, then a Las Vegas record. Units of that size are quoted much like a large house, room by room, using the method on our tower interior page.
Light from two directions
West-facing rooms get hard afternoon sun from the Red Rock side, while east-facing rooms take the morning light. Sheen and color are chosen with that in mind.
Residences this large often mix finishes from several remodels, and two-story penthouses add stair walls and tall entry spaces. We walk the unit before quoting so every wall and ceiling is accounted for, and we schedule the work in stages if you are living there.

Condos and townhomes around Summerlin
Most condo owners in Summerlin and the west valley live in garden-style buildings or two-story townhomes rather than towers. That work is covered on our condo and townhome interior page, including tall stairwell walls and vaulted ceilings.
Inside versus outside
Exterior stucco, roofs and common areas in these communities are usually maintained by the association. Check your CC&Rs before planning anything outside.

The closest tower district is Panorama Towers and Palms Place, west of I-15. Owners who spend part of the year elsewhere can use the out-of-town owner service.
Getting to Alta Drive
One Queensridge Place sits just off the 215 and Charleston Boulevard side of the west valley, well away from Strip traffic, which makes crew arrival and parking simpler than in the resort corridor. The building still has its own management office and contractor process, and we ask it what is needed before we schedule. Owners comparing their options can read the common owner questions or request a written price on the estimate page.
