Sky Las Vegas

Allure Las Vegas
Allure, at 200 West Sahara Avenue, was the tallest residential building inside Las Vegas city limits when it was completed in December 2007, at 466 feet. A planned second tower was cancelled during the recession, so it stands alone with its decorative rooftop crown.
Trump International
Trump International Hotel on Fashion Show Drive is a condo-hotel, and at 622 feet it is the tallest residential building in Las Vegas. Its suites are individually owned, and many sit in a rental program, which is why owners there usually start with our condo-hotel painting service.
What changes from building to building here
These three towers show why we never assume one building's process applies to the next. A full-time residential tower, a city-limits tower on Sahara and a hotel-run condo tower will each have their own management office, contractor paperwork and elevator arrangements. Strip traffic and arrival times
The north Strip is busy at almost every hour, and event nights add more. Crews plan arrival around the building's allowed start time with room to spare, so the first hour is spent painting rather than queueing at the curb.
