About the building
Sky Las Vegas stands at 2700 Las Vegas Boulevard South, on the north part of the Strip. It opened in May 2007 as the first high-rise condominium project on the Strip itself. The tower is 45 stories and about 500 feet tall, with 409 residences designed by Klai Juba Architects. Its history is summarized in the Wikipedia article on Sky Las Vegas.
The SkySuites
Near the top are four three-story SkySuites of about 5,000 square feet each. Multi-level units mean stairwells and double-height walls, which take more ladder setup than a single-floor flat.
A tower on the Boulevard
Being directly on the Strip means busy curbs and event-night traffic. We plan crew arrival with that in mind and confirm loading and parking with management.
Painting a Sky Las Vegas unit
Standard units follow our tower interior process: building paperwork, service elevator booking, protection from the elevator to the door, then ceilings, walls and trim. Low-odor paint is the default in a sealed tower.
Window walls that face the Strip
Rooms facing the Boulevard take light from the Strip at night as well as sun by day. Colors can read very differently after dark under neon and LED glow, so we show samples at both times if color matters to you.
Double-height and stair walls
In multi-level units, the tall wall beside the stair is painted from a stable plank setup, and the ceiling line at the top is cut by hand.

Owners at Sky
Many Sky owners are investors or part-time residents. Can you paint a SkySuite while it is furnished?
Yes. Furniture is moved and covered room by room, and tall walls are done from setups that do not need the furniture removed.
Do you paint balconies at Sky?
Balconies and exterior surfaces in a tower are normally the association's. We paint inside the unit.
