About the building
Veer Towers at 3722 Las Vegas Boulevard South opened in July 2010. Designed by Helmut Jahn's firm Murphy/Jahn, the twin towers tilt in opposite directions at a five-degree angle, and each holds 335 residences. The glass carries yellow paneling to reflect sunlight and reduce energy costs, and the building earned LEED Gold certification in 2009. The Wikipedia article on Veer Towers covers the design.
Inside CityCenter
Veer sits within a resort complex alongside Aria, Vdara and the Waldorf Astoria, so contractor access, parking and loading run through tightly managed routes. We confirm those with management before booking a date.
Two towers, one process
We confirm which tower your unit is in so the paperwork and the service elevator request reach the right desk.

Painting under yellow-tinted glass
Tinted glass changes how paint looks indoors. A white that reads crisp in a showroom can look warmer or slightly green-yellow against Veer's glass, especially in the afternoon. We paint large samples on your walls and check them at the time of day you use each room before the finish color is chosen.
Low-VOC by default
A LEED Gold building and a sealed tower both point the same way: low-odor, low-VOC interior paint, containers closed between coats, and nothing cleaned in shared spaces. That is our default on every tower interior job.
Modern, minimal finishes
Clean lines leave nowhere to hide a bad cut line. Edges at the ceiling and at the window frames are cut by hand rather than taped and rushed.

Send your unit details; we ask management what it needs before setting a date.
Owners at Veer
Many Veer units belong to owners who live elsewhere or rent their units out. The remote owner service keeps you updated with photos, and the listing repaint readies a unit for sale. The Waldorf Astoria residences, Vdara and the Signature are covered on the CityCenter and Harmon page, with a dedicated page for the Signature at MGM Grand.
Questions about paperwork, timing and payment are answered on the owner FAQ, and a written price starts on the estimate page.

Veer Towers painting questions
Does the lean of the towers affect painting inside?
The tilt is part of the structure and facade. Inside your unit, the work is planned from the walkthrough like any other condo.
Which paint do you use at Veer?
Low-odor, low-VOC interior paint by default. If your association specifies a product or color for any surface, we follow it.
