About the building
The Signature at MGM Grand, at 145 East Harmon Avenue, opened its three 38-story towers in 2006 and 2007. Each tower has 576 units, for 1,728 in all. It is described as the first condo-hotel to open near the Strip, and it was built on land that was once the MGM Grand Adventures theme park. The Wikipedia article on the Signature has the background.
Rental program owners
Owners may place their suites in a rental program run by MGM. If yours is in it, the first step is blocking dates so no guests are booked while we paint.

Tell us your tower and suite number early, because paperwork and the service elevator request go through the property for that tower.
Painting a condo-hotel suite
Suites in rental use collect luggage scuffs, chipped door frames and housekeeping touch-ups that no longer match. A full repaint resets them between seasons. The planning is set out on our condo-hotel unit painting page.
Following any finish standard
If the rental program sets a color or finish for suites in the pool, we paint to that specification. Ask the program before choosing something new.
Out of sight of guests
Materials come up through the service route the property assigns, stay inside your suite, and leave the same way. Nothing is stored or rinsed in guest corridors.
Gold glass and color choice
The towers' gold-tinted glass warms the light inside each suite. Cool grays can turn muddy and warm whites can look yellow, so we test samples on your walls before committing. Many Signature owners live far from Las Vegas. Our remote owner service sends photos before, during and after. Nearby, Veer Towers and the rest of the CityCenter and Harmon towers are minutes away, and The Platinum on Flamingo Road appears on the east of the Strip page.
